Split across 20 classes every week, both online and face to face, we offer three unique and powerful different class formats.
ZUU is our unique bodyweight training modality. It's great for mobility, athleticism and resilience. We also offer Iron ZUU, a hybrid format that incorporates dumbbell exercises and TAKI, an incredible circuit based conditioning format that incorporates ZUU bodyweight movements, boxing, weights, slam balls and more!
Not only this but we have also added dynamic focus to each of our ZUU and Iron ZUU sessions in the shape of Resilience, Strength and Cardio / Conditioning. Every session is uniquely programmed by our world class trainers to suit the members attending the session and meet the focus of that particular session.
All of our sessions are formatted to be high-intensity low impact training, driven our core value of "regress to progress". This makes ZUU FIT HQ suitable for high level athletes, those who just need to get off the couch, and everyone in between!
