Now it’s time to build the engine of control, strength, and composure—under fatigue.

Most people train…

But very few actually build capability.

They lift weights.

They go through the motions.

They chase a pump.

But when fatigue hits…

When breathing gets heavy…

When things start to fall apart…

That’s when the truth shows.

They don’t have control.

The Problem

Because real training isn’t about looking fit.

It’s about this:

Can you hold yourself together when it gets hard?

  • Can you control your breathing?

  • Can you maintain position under fatigue?

  • Can you keep moving when your body wants to stop?

That’s what PHASE 2 is built for.

Build The Engine

This is where we take the mobility you’ve built in our FREE Phase 1.

And turn it into usable strength and control.

Every session is 8 minutes.

And you’re not training alone.

You’re training with me.

Coached in real time.

Not just what to do—

But how to think, breathe, and respond while you’re doing it.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

This isn’t follow-along fitness.

This is guided exposure to:

  • Fatigue

  • Discomfort

  • Loss of control

And learning how to regain control inside it.

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

  • 5 x 8 min full-body movement training sessions using the ZUU system

  • Strength built through range (not shortcuts)

  • Breathing under pressure

  • Repeated exposure to fatigue—with guidance

What You Get

You'll feel:

  • Muscles working differently

  • Your engine building

  • Your composure being tested

Throughout every session,

you’ll hear it:

  • When to slow down

  • When to push

  • When to regain control

  • When you’re avoiding discomfort

Because most don’t need more motivation.

They need direction under pressure.

By the end of Phase 2:

  • You move with control—not just freedom

  • You recover faster between efforts

  • You don’t panic when fatigue hits

  • You trust your body again

But more importantly…

You start to realise something:

You can handle more than you thought.

This is where most people stop and that's ok.

Phase 2 of ZUU gives incredible quality of life and baseline fitness.

But for others, they will want to keep progressing.

They will see this as only the foundation of the engine they're building

Because once you can:

Then we can start building something

far more valuable:

Capacity.

Longer efforts.

Higher intensity.

Less rest.

That’s where PHASE 3 takes you.

But for now, stay consistent and get this Phase under your belt.

All the combined PHASES of ZUU can lead to one place for those that want to test what they are building.

As you work through each Phase methodically, some of you will feel a shift.

This will be an internal shift.

One where you start to feel ready to

test what you are building.

This is an incredible phase to be in.

Your

confidence, accountability and capacity have dramatically increased.

And eventually…

It leads to a controlled environment where

there’s no script.
